If you are achievement orientated, a thinker a team player and looking for a role that gives you an opportunity with purpose that will have an impact on Auckland's future, then here is the perfect opening.As a Consultation Coordinator you will : Draft consultation plans and include inputs on stakeholder engagement from Communications, Business Units and Subject Matter ExpertsCommunicate with customers using letters, emails, phone calls and face to face engagementsCollate consultation and customer responses and update and maintain accurate records of all consultationProactively manage internal and external stakeholder's expectations and provide timely updates on progress of consultationNa tau rourou | What will you bring?

Bachelor's degree in business, Humanities, Communications or Marketing or a related discipline OR relevant experience in an administration or customer service role.Public sector experience is preferredExperience working with consultation processes is desirable.Project management experience or training is desirableAble to interpret technical information and communicate it in a simple way.Great communication skills and able to work across all levels of the organisationAt Auckland Transport, people are at the heart of everything we do.
