Tower has a strong focus on our Partnerships and we have an exciting development opportunity for the right individual to join the Partnerships team to upskill and expand their knowledge.In this varied role you will pro-actively support the team by taking ownership of day-to-day administrative functions, help to identify and drive process improvements, complete reporting, and engage in stakeholder management as a representative of the Partnerships Team via phone, email, and face-to-face.

You will act as a key contact for our business Partners specifically, our Banking Partners, Underwriting agencies, and GRM Advisers.Your background may include sales & service, administration or even exposure to a project / programme environment but you must be looking for variety and challenge!

The role will report directly to the Head of Group ReferralWhat you\'ll needThe ideal candidate will be customer focused, flexible and agile with a passion for bringing structure to fast-moving projects and programmes.

You will thrive on collaboration, continuous improvement and generating new ideas and ways of doing things.To be successful in this role you will also be able to demonstrate : Good understanding of Towers various customer systems, in particular the sales process in EIS and QwestHigh numeracy literacy, with excellent attention to detailStrong coordination and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA strong customer focus - the ability to build and maintain internal and external customer relationships; a commitment to providing a consistently high level of service.Our commitmentWe pride ourselves on encouraging everyone to bring their whole selves to work, embracing diverse opinions, experiences, and backgrounds.
