We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Recruitment Coordinator to support our New Zealand entities. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring process — ensuring candidates have a seamless experience, hiring managers receive timely support, and our recruitment operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities : job postings, advertising, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment and pre-boarding.
  • Preparing and issuing employment contracts, and managing pre-employment checks.
  • Supporting recruiters and hiring managers with all administrative aspects of the process.
  • Maintaining accurate data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partnering with People Operations to deliver a smooth pre-boarding experience.
  • Contributing ideas to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
