Bookings Coordinator

Overview

Are you ready to play a crucial role in delivering world-class sporting and entertainment events? Auckland Stadiums is seeking a Bookings Coordinator to become the essential link between bookings and event delivery across three iconic venues.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings and complex calendar schedules across three venues (North Harbour Stadium, Go Media Stadium, and Western Springs Stadium) and support seamless event delivery, reporting to the Event Operations Manager.
• Work with internal teams including property and facilities to deliver high-quality events.
• Coordinate bookings with tenants, hirers, and internal teams to ensure compliance and maintain accurate event records.
• Provide administrative support across the stadiums portfolio and support the Event Operations, Venue Presentation, and Head of Operations.
• Handle financial administration including quotes and invoices.

This is a permanent, on-site, full-time opportunity. You will work 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required to work events during nights and weekends.
