This fast-paced role requires energy, adaptability, and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants, hiring managers, and candidates to provide end-to-end recruitment administrative support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all involved.
Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to contribute to our goal of attracting the best talent to serve our community.The key responsibilities in this role include : coordinating interview logistics, liaising with hiring managers to finalise interview panels, booking meeting rooms, processing Approval to Recruit (ATR) forms in Taleo application tracking system, handling relocation claims, and supporting police vetting and other onboarding activities as required.About you : You will ideally have previous experience working in the recruitment or HR support function within a fast-paced environment.
