- , you'll play a key role in supporting our Advisors and ensuring our placement workstreams run smoothly, professionally, and with compassion.This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that requires high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
You'll be responsible for coordinating rehousing logistics and processes—from matching customers to homes, to handling system updates, customer communication, and supporting placement strategies with trusted data and insights.You'll be working across teams and agencies to help ensure that the journey into a new home is as seamless and supportive as possible.
