About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an essential part of a busy, high-volume recruitment function responsible for over 1,200 hires annually.
This fast-paced role requires energy, adaptability, and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants, hiring managers, and candidates to provide end-to-end recruitment administrative support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all involved.

The key responsibilities in this role include : coordinating interview logistics, liaising with hiring managers to finalise interview panels, booking meeting rooms, processing Approval to Recruit (ATR) forms in Taleo application tracking system, handling relocation claims, and supporting police vetting and other onboarding activities as required.
About you
You will ideally have previous experience working in the recruitment or HR support function within a fast-paced environment.
