Nga Korero mo tenei turanga / About the roleThis position is responsible for completing and coordinating day-to-day People and Culture administrative requirements across the entire employee lifecycle.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and the wider PwC firm to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.

Work with People and Culture Business Partners and Advisors for timely creation of secondment and transfer correspondence.

Manage new employee induction in collaboration with other internal firms service teams.

Efficiently create exit process documentation and leavers' process with payroll and Business Operations Team.

Assist in creating variations to IEAs and parental leave documentation.

Manage people movement data for each Line of Service.

Maintain personnel records according to statutory and PwC reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act.

Support the performance review process, including attending moderation meetings and producing letters and reports.

Support the graduate and intern recruitment and onboarding programs.

Support the annual GPS survey project, delivering reporting insights.

Contribute to strategies and participate in initiatives that improve People & Culture systems, processes, and workflows, enhancing organisational effectiveness, service levels, and team contribution.

Experience working in a professional services environment or similar is advantageous.

Strong computer literacy and experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) and Workday.

Proven analytical thinking skills with the ability to deal with demanding situations whilst maintaining a client service mindset and practical results focused approach.

Experience in working in a team-based environment with a good ability to understand specific business environments and challenges.

Ability to establish effective working relationships in an open and approachable manner with a variety of people from different backgrounds.

Ability to deliver service in a prompt, friendly, discreet and appropriate manner.

Demonstrate a high level of energy and motivation with a desire to achieve.

Open to continuous improvement toward HR best-in-class practices.

Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels.
