Be the heartbeat of our People & Culture team!
As our People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our people experience smooth and seamless across the full employee lifecycle.
From coordinating operations and supporting annual processes like engagement surveys, remuneration reviews, and talent management, through to maintaining systems, metrics, and reporting dashboards – you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything on track.
You'll also partner closely with Payroll, Digital Services, and the wider P&C team to make sure our people get the support they need, when they need it.
In this varied role, you'll manage inboxes, update intranet content, support learning programmes (like Connected Leaders and LinkedIn Learning), and keep our Benefits App and long service recognition programme running smoothly.
You'll also pitch in with key admin tasks such as producing variation letters, coordinating development activities, and ensuring processes run like clockwork.
This is a 0.5 FTE role with flexible hours and days, making it a perfect opportunity to balance work and life while contributing to something that really matters – creating an outstanding experience for our people.
Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience At least 1 years' experience in HR support, administration, or a similar role – you know how to keep things running smoothly.
Confidence with HR or employment software (bonus points if you've used HR, recruitment or payroll systems).
Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are second nature to you.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to run a tight, organised process with trackers and deadlines.
A proactive, self-starter mindset – you don't wait to be asked, you make things happen.
Great communication and interpersonal skills – approachable, responsive, and able to build strong relationships with managers and colleagues.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
A degree in HR, business, or a related field is a plus but not essential – it's your skills and drive that count most.
