You'll partner with operational leaders (from Regional Managers to General Managers) in the WM North portfolio to turn strategy into meaningful, people-focused outcomes.
Drawing on deep HR expertise, you will : Provide timely, practical guidance across performance, talent, workforce planning, and complex ER matters.Lead and support organisational change (restructures, redesign), with clear communication and thoughtful risk management.Translate people data and trends into actionable insights that inform decisions and drive improvement.Champion inclusion & diversity, wellbeing and support health and safety, to embed our Porohita (circular economy) commitments across a diverse, multi-site environment.QualificationsWhat you'll bringExtensive HR experience partnering in complex, multi-site operations.Proven ability to lead change and partner strategically in the business.Confident ER capability - investigations, mediation, and fair, low-risk resolution.Commercial acumen - comfortable with KPIs, org design, and connecting work to the purpose.
