The Role : As a

Senior People & Culture Advisor

, you will play a key role in supporting the People & Culture team in shaping the employee experience and driving people initiatives across the organisation.

You will partner with leaders to build effective people strategies, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to the growth and development of our employees.

Learning & Development or Recruitment

Your expertise in these areas will help us continue to create a culture of continuous learning and support our talent acquisition efforts as we grow and evolve.

Key Responsibilities :

People & Culture Planning : Partner with leaders to develop and implement people and talent plans that align with the company's values and business goals.

Learning & Development (L&D) : Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills and career development.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent through effective recruitment strategies, including interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.

Employee Engagement & Retention : Support initiatives to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to identify opportunities for improvement.

Performance Management : Provide guidance and support on performance management processes, including setting expectations, coaching, and delivering feedback to ensure team and individual success.

HR Policies : Shape and advise on people policies, procedures, and practices to ensure we're supporting the culture we want to see at AROA.

Operations : Contribute to the smooth day to day running of the team and ensuring a great employee experience.

About You :

At least 5-7 years of experience in People & Culture (HR) with a focus on either Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or both.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and L&D methodologies or recruitment processes.

A genuine passion for helping individuals and teams grow and develop in their careers.

Ability to coach and mentor others, providing guidance on complex people-related matters.

Adaptable, solutions-focused, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
