Here's a flavour of your day-to-day : Designing and delivering learning – everything from workshops to eLearning and leadership eventsRunning our Celebrate recognition programme and end-of-year awards Owning our My Voice engagement survey and helping leaders turn insights into actionSupporting our DE&I strategy and activities, including surveys, events and accreditationsDriving wellbeing initiatives and helping embed our Telus Health partnershipQualificationsWe're after someone who is : Experienced in culture, engagement or capability roles A real team player who brings energy, a creative mindset, & a passion for people Comfortable designing and delivering learning experiences.

Experience using Articulate 360 would be a bonus.
