Overview
Opportunity to join a multi-site organisation that is on the grow, to be responsible for the delivery of best practice HR, ER and IR advice and the provision of operational support to the New Zealand business. This role is sole charge, sits on the senior leadership team, has national scope and is a blend of strategic delivery and day to day operational management.

We are looking for an HR practitioner with experience in the building, infrastructure or manufacturing industries who is very good with industrial relations, HR processes and can lead the NZ HR presence.
You will need to be well motivated, bring a good energy, and the ability to relate to frontline workers and executives alike, with well-developed influencing and interpersonal skills.
