People & Culture Advisor

We are currently in search for a true HR Generalist who has experience across all facets of HR yet still wanting to develop.  Reporting to the People & Culture Manager NZ, the successful candidate will provide assistance across all things HR with special focus on recruitment, employment relations, training and health & safety within a fast-paced retail environment across our 5 exciting brands.

The Just Group operates 5 brands including Dotti, Portmans, Just Jeans, Jay Jays and Jacqui E across Australia & New Zealand.

This role will be integral in driving these key focus areas :

• Recruitment and selection of talented people to ensure the ongoing success of the business
• Assist with Performance management, both development and disciplinary actions
• Assist with the Management of all employee relations matters
• Health and Safety, encompassing retail stores, Support Office
• Assist with Training, development and coaching of both Regional and Store Managers to ensure they live and breathe the cultural behaviours and develop the technical skill sets required of a leading international retailer
• Other adhoc HR Administration
