As a Capability Coordinator, you'll play a central role in deploying and delivering capability initiatives across the Co-op.
You'll manage end-to-end coordination, ensuring everything is executed efficiently, delivered on time, and maintained with a strong focus on quality.
You'll be the main point of contact for all learning and capability-related queries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
You'll use learning technologies, particularly the Learning Management System (LMS), to support a seamless and engaging learner experience, while continuously looking for ways to improve delivery through smarter processes and customer feedback.
This role calls for someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and build strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.About youYou're a highly organised coordinator with experience managing learning or event deployments across multiple initiatives.
Your attention to detail, time management, and ability to juggle priorities make you a reliable go-to in fast-paced environments.
You're system-savvy, comfortable working across platforms, ideally SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, as well as MS Office applications.
Your communication skills both written and verbal are a strength, helping you engage confidently with stakeholders and resolve queries with professionalism.
You build strong working relationships across teams and vendors, and you're skilled at troubleshooting and delivering exceptional service, even in high-volume or complex situations.
