About the Role
As a Transformation Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting operational leaders to make strategic business decisions that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and positive cultural change.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to align business strategies, implement organisational development initiatives, and champion change management practices.
This role requires someone who is switched on, adaptable, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
You'll need to bring your A-game to partner with leaders, influence decision-making, and deliver meaningful outcomes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership :
Lead and influence decisions that enhance organisational performance and drive alignment across major projects and initiatives.
Business Planning :
Partner with leadership teams to perform alignment activities such as business planning, priority setting, and scorecard tracking.
Change Management :
Apply strong communication strategies to support organisational development and manage change effectively.
Employee Engagement :
Develop and implement targeted programs and tools to boost employee engagement and foster a culture of accountability.
Learning & Development :
Deliver learning offerings to support employee performance and career growth while analysing workforce data to inform talent pipeline decisions.
Coaching & Support :
Coach leaders to consistently manage people and business planning decisions while promoting new ways of working.
Organisational Development :
Lead or contribute to key projects that model best practices in organisational development and change management.
