As we continue to grow we are looking for an experienced Transformation Analyst to join our New Zealand based team to support the execution of a major transformation program and drive impactful change across our global supply chain.Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Transformation, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our operations by enabling excellence in project governance, standardisation, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment.More specifically, you will be involved in : Program Governance : Coordinate with the Transformation Office to manage program cadence and ensure workstream alignment.
Support workstream leads with meeting structures, initiative planning, and execution quality.Process & Delivery : Maintain initiative health, escalate risks, and facilitate problem-solving sessions.
Partner with leads and sponsors to frame critical decisions and manage dependencies.Standardisation & Best Practices : Define and implement standardized tools, templates, and best practices across transformation initiatives.
Maintain and continuously improve program artefacts.Performance Measurement : Establish clear reporting mechanisms to monitor progress, highlight risks, and ensure timely delivery of business value.Coaching & Capability Building : Train and coach initiative owners and workstream leads on transformation tools, business case development, communication, stakeholder engagement, and financial modelling.What you will bring : Mandatory 2 years' experience in consulting / advisory roles (preferably with McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)Proven project management experience, managing complex initiatives from planning to executionStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with financial acumenProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Industry knowledge in FMCG, dairy, or pharmaceuticals is a plusExperience in ERP implementations, manufacturing operations, or M&A is highly desirableThe preference is for this role to be based in Auckland, however we will consider candidates in Sydney and Melbourne.We are committed to improving our team members work life wellbeing with leading policies and practices on flexible work, parental leave, family care and family wellbeing.
