This role is for a Senior Analyst with a financial background to join our Finance and Operations Transformation team in Auckland, New Zealand.ResponsibilitiesSupport and deliver engagements and assist in converting new business opportunities through relationship development and competitive tender processes.Engage with staff at all levels, including Executive Teams and Boards, to manage and communicate project progress and outcomes.Contribute to change and project management activities within an agile environment and support the delivery of complex engagements.Apply strong analytical skills, tell a clear story, and convey key messages through written and verbal communication.Utilize strong financial literacy, ideally supported by professional qualifications (e.g., CA or CFA) or progress toward one.Leverage Excel and data analysis tools; experience with Power BI and Alteryx is an asset.Skills and experience3+ years of financial work experience, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.Experience in supporting and delivering engagements and winning new business opportunities.Strong relationship management and communication skills.Change and project management experience is preferred.Ability to work in a highly agile environment and support the delivery of complex engagements.Strong written and oral communication abilities and the ability to convey key messages effectively.Financial literacy with professional qualification in progress (CA or CFA preferred).
