The team advises on business transformation, supports hands-on delivery and enables capability and culture uplift.Our Transformation consultants are multi-hatted with skills and experience in business analysis, change management, process mapping and optimisation.
Your key responsibilities include fostering strong customer relationships, delivering quality solutions, customer value and more.As a Transformation Consultant, you will excel in delivery, apply thoughtful skills to drive value; and build proficiency in pursuit and engagement roles.
You will take ownership and responsibility for areas of focus and solutions specifically for the New Zealand market and help grow our presence, brand, breadth and community.What You'll BringExperience in project management, operational improvement and / or organisational effectiveness, implementing structured process optimisation, change, communications, engagement, and / or learning.Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.Technical expertise (and preferably accreditation) in an area of focus such as Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, change management, agile methodologies, facilitation or leadership coaching.Experience designing business processes and interactions that drive business outcomesAble to purposefully identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issuesAble to design and facilitate sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives and results.Able to develop specific plans to mitigate or address client concerns and transformation risks.Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Comfort navigating ambiguity and interfacing confidently with clients.Slalom New ZealandSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always.
