Reception / Office Administrator
We are looking for a strongly customer focused Office Administrator who can provide a professional and warm welcome as the first point of contact on reception to all visitors to the Diocesan office. The busy Diocesan Office is the central location for the extensive Auckland Anglican diocese and the venue for many meetings and visitors on a daily basis.
This newly created role will report to the Diocesan Manager and is a pivotal, front line role which is multi faceted as it is also responsible for providing administrative support in a number of key areas to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Diocesan office.

There will be an ad hoc requirement to work at weekends or in the evenings when events take place; time will be given in lieu to compensate for this.
