We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Office Administrator to support multiple departments at our Support Office in St Johns.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily and weekly administration tasks while contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities : Undertake a wide range of administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the officeAssist with loading job advertisements on Seek and other platformsSupport short-listing applicants and recruitment processesAssist with debtors / creditors and financial administration tasksProvide data entry support to the accounts teamSupport Health & Safety administrationFoster a positive, professional, and motivating work environment for staff.Qualifications and Experience : Proven experience in an office administration role is essentialStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and make informed decisionsProactive, solutions-focused mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
