Responsibilities

• Driving business growth through the acquisition and retention of freight and warehousing customers.
• Reporting on customer activity and managing key accounts.
• Handling enquiries across multiple channels – phone, email, and in person.
• Understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
• Preparing quotes, onboarding new customers, and managing smooth implementations.
• Navigating internal systems to support daily sales and customer service activities.
