Overview
We’re seeking experienced sales leaders and business development professionals to join our New Zealand teams. Opportunities span roles such as Business Development Manager, Key Account / Business Development Manager, and Technical Sales & Business Development Manager across Canterbury, Waikato, Christchurch, and other regions. Hybrid and full-time options are available, with competitive packages and potential for growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and shape dealer networks and fleet / sales success in dynamic automotive and machinery sectors.
- Lead B2B sales growth, manage key accounts, and promote digital solutions across multiple product lines.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new customer opportunities; own the full sales cycle; sign, train, and activate new agents where applicable.
- Develop and implement sales strategy, leverage cross-business relationships, and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive revenue, build relationships, and ensure business development targets are met.
Qualifications / Profile
Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in industrial, machinery, or related sectors.Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong communication skills.Ability to work in fast-paced environments, with flexibility and self-motivation.Willingness to engage with regional markets (e.g., Canterbury, Waikato, Christchurch Central) and support hybrid working arrangements where offered.Benefits / Compensation
Competitive salary ranges (examples include $85,000 – $110,000 p.a. with competitive packages; some roles $150,000 – $160,000 p.a. plus comms).Six weeks’ annual leave in some roles; private health insurance and other benefits where noted.Company vehicles and other benefits in select positions.Locations
