Your Future Role

As a Business Development Manager you will join a vibrant face-to-face (F2F) sales team focused on selling our innovative SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) across the region.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy F2F sales position where success is measured by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Based in Auckland, NZ this role will see you generating new business opportunities, building your own prospect list, and driving revenue growth through quick and efficient sales cycles.

The Business Advisor role is a New Business Hunter role, which will see you hitting the road regularly, building relationships with small and medium business owners in the Trades & Services, Accounting, Physiotherapy, and Dental industries.

Away from the road, you'll have the freedom to work from home, giving you the space to maximise productivity and deliver results through actively prospecting, appointment setting and pipeline building.

This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position commencing November 5th 2025, reporting to the Account Director - New Zealand.

Responsibilities

Daily Face-to Face sales.

Achieving monthly sales targets.

Prospecting for new customers including contacting potential customers.

Weekly and monthly reporting to ensure that you are meeting your KPIs and targets.

Contacting and investigating business opportunities.

Understanding client needs and offering tailored SaaS solutions.

Driving your own mobile operating rhythm.

Ideal Candidate

To set yourself apart from the rest you will identify as a motivated candidate with experience working and generating new business in an autonomous B2B client-facing role, without supervision.

What You Offer

A strong background and experience in face to face selling to Small to Medium businesses.

History of successful sales performance in a commission-based environment.

Experience working in a high transactional / shorter sales cycle role.

Grit, hunger, and desire, without relying on anyone or anything to drive your success.

A hunter and driver attitude, constantly focused on meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
