Customer Service Administrator

With state-of-the-art technology and storage facilities - we are the best in what we do, and our people are a key part of our success.The RoleThis role is suitable for someone who expresses an interest in Customer Service and are looking at learning to process customer orders and documentation and communicating with customers in this side of the 3PL business.You will be ensuring our Customer Service standards are met across all services provided.

We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our fun and hard-working customer services team.We offer an excellent working environment, with a focus on supportive learning from experience and long-serving Customer Services team members.

You have accurate data entry skills and can prioritise when working within timelines.Being a Customer Services role, you will be required to have a strong command of English both written and verbal.
