This role is full-time, permanent role that offers the flexibility of working from home, with the option to work from an office in Hobsonville Auckland.
Key responsibilities Invoicing and preparation of expense claims.
Managing travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodation Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments Drafting, formatting, and maintaining business documents Creating professional PowerPoint presentations Preparing induction materials and assisting with onboarding new hires.
Call cycle planning and maintenance Data entry and data reporting About you Proven experience in administrative positions Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
