Key responsibilities include : Welcoming visitors, managing sign-ins, and coordinating meeting rooms, car parks, mail, couriers, catering, and general office suppliesKeeping the office looking its best, handling incoming calls, and providing admin support to the Head of OperationsManaging travel bookings, building maintenance, and supplier relationships, with a focus on identifying efficiencies and cost savingsSupporting project systems (Mavenlink), including updating project data, tracking timesheets, assisting with budgets, and training logisticsGeneral admin tasks such as filing, scanning, archiving, and assisting with internal audits, health & safety, and sustainability initiativesHelping to organise staff health checks, keep training records updated, and providing month-end support for off-site inspectionsAbout You3 years of experience in an admin or office support roleConfident communicator, both written and verbal and comfortable dealing with people across all levelsHighly organised with strong time management skills and a sharp eye for detailPositive and proactive, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with InDesign / Sharepoint is a bonusSkilled at juggling multiple tasks and knowing how to prioritise when things get busyApply Now!
