Business Support Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a key support role, working closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination across operations, business development, and marketing team.

What you’ll be doing :

• Supporting the Operations team with business development leads and initiatives
• Assisting the Business Development team with tracking and coordinating leads in HubSpot
• Liaising with the Marketing team to align on campaigns, updates, and materials
• Gathering client information and insights to support bids, proposals, and decision-making
• Coordinating post-sale activities, including facilitating the handover process to operations
• Conducting research to support new opportunities and strategic planning
• Ensuring timely and accurate data entry and reporting
