Business Support Coordinator

This is a key support role, working closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination across operations, business development, and marketing team.What you'll be doing : Supporting the Operations team with business development leads and initiativesAssisting the Business Development team with tracking and coordinating leads in HubSpotLiaising with the Marketing team to align on campaigns, updates, and materialsGathering client information and insights to support bids, proposals, and decision-makingCoordinating post-sale activities, including facilitating the handover process to operationsConducting research to support new opportunities and strategic planningEnsuring timely and accurate data entry and reportingWhat we're looking for : Strong organisational and coordination skills, with high attention to detailExcellent communication skills, with a focus on internal stakeholder relationshipsProficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience an advantage)Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlinesA proactive mindset and eagerness to learnExperience in a similar coordination, business support, or administration role is beneficialWhy join Green by Nature?
