- The Business Services Coordinator will join our team in Waitemata and will be reporting to the Business Service Team Leader.Our district teams require a variety of day-to-day administrative support to Career, Volunteers, District Leadership and Community Risk Management teams.
You'll be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding administrative support, which includes :
Providing administrative support to various internal functions and departments.General office administrative functions including data entryMinute taking and stakeholder engagement.Responding to public and general internal enquiries including requests for official informationKo tau na i tenei turanga - What you'll bring to the role :You will be a highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to enhancing business processes within the organisation.As a team player, you will bring your engaging personality, exceptional communication skills, and innovative ideas to the role.You will be responsible for maintaining quality administration systems and delivering support to a high standard within agreed timeframes.
This role will require you to analyse, respond and action or redirect enquiries and become a trusted point of contact for the district.
