Everything we do is informed by our purpose to enable our clients to have a better life; and our values of Hope, Trust & Integrity, Compassion, Partnership, Tangata Whenua.The OpportunityAs the Lead Service Coordinator you will focus on the delivery of a client driven community-based support service for our clients, who are based throughout the Northern region and this role is also an integral support for the Area Manager and the Service Coordinators.This role will see you leading the service coordination team to develop and grow the service.
A key part of this role is to ensure the effective delivery of services, ensure the operational processes meet clients needs and empower the service team to contribute to innovation and service improvement.Your Skills and ExperienceRegistered Nurse with current practicing certificateFull New Zealand Driver's License, with no restrictionsDemonstrated practice at an expert level in an aged care, community or rehabilitation settingExperience managing and leading a teamCompetency in relevant Microsoft Office applicationsEffective report writing skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsConfident in group settingsProven team player and relationship builderSound time management and prioritisationHighlights of Working with UsWe are committed to creating a diverse work place where you can look forward to feeling included and valued for your contribution.
