Our Enliven team believe that everyone can and should have access to and receive support to enjoy a life of independence while participating actively in their community.The OpportunityThe Response & Quality Coordinator provides telephone support to Enliven's home and community Support Workers to ensure a consistent and prompt response to urgent queries, adverse events, incidents, accidents and changes in clients health conditions.
The role also participates in quality improvement processes and other activities within the clinical Service Coordination Team.Your Skills and ExperienceA NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificateWell-developed clinical assessment and documentation skillsA calm and clear communicatorA knowledge of Health & Safety processes.High competency and speed in relevant Microsoft Office applicationsPrevious New Zealand nursing experience in home and community, General Practice, residential care or hospital settings.Experience in a Telehealth environment and / or Quality Improvement would be a bonusHighlights of Working with UsWe are committed to creating a diverse work place where you can look forward to feeling included and valued for your contribution.
