Their platform delivers efficiency, security and a seamless customer experience and they are scaling rapidly.In this role, you'll : Manage and triage inbound technical issues from clients and internal usersTroubleshoot, analyse data and provide resolutions or escalate as neededRun manual QA testing across new features, bug fixes, and regression cyclesCoordinate bugs and incidents through to resolution with the development teamEnsure clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsSupport release testing, sprint readiness, and smooth deploymentsAfter someone who has : Strong SQL skills to troubleshoot and analyse dataSolid understanding of Web Applications and APIsPrevious experience in SaaS, QA, helpdesk, or technical support environmentsFamiliarity with manual testing processes and toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approachWhat's in it for you?
