About the RoleAs Quality and Regulatory Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

This role supports the business by overseeing batch quality control, maintaining compliance with international regulations, and managing key testing processes.

You'll also support new product development, sustainability initiatives, and production coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Acting as a bridge between quality, regulatory, and production functions, you'll help safeguard product integrity, support innovation, and uphold the brand's commitment to excellence and conscious practices.Key ResponsibilitiesBatch Quality Control of raw materials, packaging, and finished goodsMaintain formulation and regulatory softwareMonitor and implement international regulatory compliance changesSupport new product development alongside the Founder and FormulatorFacilitate and manage stability / microbe testing and clinical trialsAssist with recycling and sustainability projectsCoordinate production of samples, promotional kits, and product bundlesManage monthly production, compiling all components for manufacturersUndertake other tasks commonly associated with Quality Control and Regulatory requirementsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who : Has experience in quality control, regulatory affairs, or a related role (ideally within cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG)Brings strong organisational and time-management skillsHas a keen eye for detail and accuracyCan work independently while collaborating across teamsIs passionate about sustainability and innovation in the beauty industryWhy Join Aleph Beauty?
