Looking to step into a role where you’ll manage the export documentation process and play a key part in global trade? We’re seeking an Export Documentation Coordinator to join a supportive, multicultural team in a fast-growing NZ exporter.
Responsibilities
- Owning the full export documentation process
- Preparing and processing export and domestic sales documents
- Managing import documentation
- Supporting process improvement
Qualifications
Proven experience in end-to-end export documentation, ideally gained in an exporter or freight forwarder environment.Strong knowledge of trade documentation standards and compliance requirements.Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.A proactive team player who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment.Benefits
