Job Overview
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our growing business in Auckland and collaborate with all our national teams. We are looking for someone to be the go-to person in the office, has a passion for helping to drive teams performance and wants to be part of a fun office environment. In this role, you will work across a variety of tasks including :
- General business administration.
- Provide administrative support to Directors and Consultants on adhoc tasks.
- Invoicing support and accounts Receivable.
- Monitor and action shared inboxes.
- Tender preparation and coordination with clients and technical staff.
- Project Reconciliations.
- Updating of databases and meeting various reporting requirements.
- Database management and sales support.
Requirements And Qualifications
2 years experience in business administration.Computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft O365.Familiar with general accounting and invoicing.Someone who loves collaborating with all stake holders.Personal drive, results-orientated with a friendly, can-do attitude and a high level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility.Strong time management and organisation skills.Must be a New Zealand Citizen / Permanent Resident.Jensen Hughes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
