This role will be stimulating and rewarding, it will consist of a blend of PA-style responsibilities and overall team support.

Bring your outgoing personality to this growing team.Key Tasks you will be responsible forCoordinating team activities to maintain high performance levelsFostering a positive and collaborative team cultureProviding personal assistant support to the Business Advisory Partners and wider leadership groupCoordinating team business development and marketing initiatives, including organising meetings, events, and proposals and reporting on performance against established metricsSupporting the team to improve systems and processes, including document management, development of document templates, and filing responsibilitiesEnsuring team compliance with firm policies and procedures, including client onboardingSupport the team with month end processes including client billing and debtor management and attend to all administrative matters associated with the processAbout YouYou are a quick learner, able to pick up complex tasks and systems with easePrevious experience within a fast-paced environment in either a business support role or office administrationConfident and proactive individual who enjoys using their initiative to solve problems and add valueSuperb organisation and time managementExceptional communications skills, both written and verbalExcellent relationship management skillsHigh proficiencywith systems and MS Office suite- advanced excelAccounts admin experience is preferredOur CultureAt Grant Thornton we are committed to growing authentic and inclusive leaders who create a vibrant and innovative working environment that inspire and engage our people to perform to their potential.
