This role will be stimulating and rewarding, it will consist of a blend of PA-style responsibilities and overall team support. Bring your outgoing personality to this growing team.

Key Tasks you will be responsible for

• Coordinating team activities to maintain high performance levels
• Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
• Providing personal assistant support to the Business Advisory Partners and wider leadership group
• Coordinating team business development and marketing initiatives, including organising meetings, events, and proposals and reporting on performance against established metrics
• Supporting the team to improve systems and processes, including document management, development of document templates, and filing responsibilities
• Ensuring team compliance with firm policies and procedures, including client onboarding
• Support the team with month end processes including client billing and debtor management and attend to all administrative matters associated with the process
