OverviewTeam Administrator – Auckland or Wellington (Part Time)Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe're looking for a proactive and efficient Team Administrator to support the Beca Applied Technologies team.

This is a part-time role (24 hours per week), with the opportunity to work additional hours during peak periods.ResponsibilitiesYou'll provide high-quality administrative support to the Section Manager and team, helping coordinate reports, diaries, correspondence, meetings, travel, and supplies.You'll assist with reception cover, document formatting, data management, and staff processes including inductions and timesheets, as well as coordinating the setup and catering of industry events, team social events and meetings.You'll play a key role in maintaining section Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) activities, supporting internal and external clients, and ensuring timely, professional communication.Managing your own workflow, you'll contribute to team goals and seek feedback to continuously improve.About youKo wai koe | About youYou bring experience in office administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and a genuine desire to help.

You're approachable, calm under pressure, and proactive in solving problems.
