What your day looks like :

Follow H&S and Quality policies, promote safety culture, and complete required training and activities.

Ensure products meet specifications, minimize waste, and maintain hygiene while complying with legal standards.

Achieve daily objectives, support team collaboration, and escalate issues promptly to leadership.

Deliver production plans, manage resources effectively, and support trials while addressing potential issues.

The Ingredients for Success :

Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred

Previous bakery or food related technical training preferred

Good communication skills

Strong team player, able to work independently and with team

Ability to pick up new skills quickly and apply
