ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change & Learning Specialist to join our team in Hobsonville, Auckland.
The Change & Learning Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering effective change management and learning to enable successful delivery of the organisation’s transformation roadmap. As a member of the transformation team, this role plays a critical part in building organisational capability by embedding structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci), developing role‑specific competencies, and delivering targeted learning and development programs.
This role ensures that individuals and teams are equipped to adopt new ways of working, enabling sustainable change and successful project outcomes.
