The Opportunity
Following a well-earned promotion within our people systems team, we are seeking a People & Performance Coordinator to join the Laminex team at our Penrose office.
You'll be the glue keeping our people experience running smoothly while gaining broad exposure across all things people related.
About You
You might have 12–18 months in a coordinator role, or a solid HR admin foundation and a hunger to grow.
Most importantly, you're service-minded and love making a difference for people.
