Auckland Stadiums is seeking a Bookings Coordinator to become the essential link between bookings and event delivery across three iconic venues.ResponsibilitiesManage bookings and complex calendar schedules across three venues (North Harbour Stadium, Go Media Stadium, and Western Springs Stadium) and support seamless event delivery, reporting to the Event Operations Manager.Work with internal teams including property and facilities to deliver high-quality events.Coordinate bookings with tenants, hirers, and internal teams to ensure compliance and maintain accurate event records.Provide administrative support across the stadiums portfolio and support the Event Operations, Venue Presentation, and Head of Operations.Handle financial administration including quotes and invoices.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years' administrative experience or equivalent relevant work experience.Experience in event coordination, bookings, or administration.Experience with venue management systems (Momentus or similar) and diary scheduling is desirable.Proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.Why Join Us?

This is a permanent, on-site, full-time opportunity.
You will work 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday.
