We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our Business Connect team, where you'll play a critical role in bringing Chorus services to life for our customers.

This isn't just about order processing – it's about interpreting complex customer requests, ensuring technical feasibility, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver right-first-time results.

You'll manage service orders end-to-end, identify and resolve roadblocks, and contribute to improving how we work every day.In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.

From coordinating implementation plans to providing support for new team members and identifying process improvements, you'll be a key part of a high-performing, customer-focused team.

You'll need to stay sharp – maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our products, processes and performance standards – and be comfortable balancing your own workload while supporting the success of the wider team.

If you're a natural problem-solver who takes ownership and thrives in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.We're after someone who takes initiative, thrives on ownership, and has a strong attention to detail.

You'll be a confident communicator, able to juggle priorities, solve problems on the fly, and always keep the customer experience front of mind.To succeed in this role, you'll bring : Proven ability to manage end-to-end service delivery or provisioning processesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issuesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical outcomesHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracyComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentSolid time management and workload planning capabilitiesA collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledgeStrong commitment to personal development and continuous learningExperience with telecommunications or service delivery is a bonus (but not essential)Not sure that you meet all the requirements?
