A great place to work – Auckland CBD location, close to Britomart, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) once you’re settled into the role.

Your new role

In this role, you will gain valuable experience while supporting both internal and external customers. Your key responsibilities will include :

Communicating with stakeholders to process queries efficiently and accurately.

Handling insurance paperwork, including processing applications, issuing policies, and making policy adjustments.

Providing business processing support, such as quote registrations, policy renewals, and documentation management.

Assisting with credit control and monitoring pending items.

Working collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations.

Happy to talk flexible working.

Basic computer skills, including Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
