About The Role

As an Administrator at Southern Cross Pet Insurance, you'll provide essential support to our Claims Advisory and Sales and Service teams, ensuring smooth and accurate administration across customer and finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Meet agreed KPIs and uphold company values and ways of working

Complete customer and finance admin tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Support customers via email and phone

Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Own and resolve queries promptly

Share clear, consistent information in a positive manner

Contribute to team performance and process improvements

Collaborate across teams to support business goals

Escalate anomalies or potential fraud to the Team Leader

Understand and apply SCPI policies in all admin tasks

Assist the team in meeting service standards

About You

NCEA Level 2 or equivalent

2+ years' admin experience (insurance preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication

High attention to detail and sound judgement

Proven relationship-building and organisational skills

Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Excel / Word
