  • In this role, you will gain valuable experience while supporting both internal and external customers.
  • Your key responsibilities will include :

    • Communicating with stakeholders to process queries efficiently and accurately.
    • Handling insurance paperwork, including processing applications, issuing policies, and making policy adjustments.
    • Providing business processing support, such as quote registrations, policy renewals, and documentation management.
    • Assisting with credit control and monitoring pending items.
    • Working collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations.
    • Happy to talk flexible working.More information and the full job profile can be shared with applicants during the interview process.
    • Please note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, an interview (either face to face or online via Teams) and background checks.
