ResponsibilitiesSupport members via voice or digital, managing their enquiries on healthcare treatment eligibility under their health insurance plans.Gather information, conduct research, and piece together a case to deliver a confident and clear decision.Continuously keep up to date with policy, product and process knowledgeNavigate our systems and tools to accurately record enquiry details and outcomes.About youYou are customer focused, empathetic and love helping peopleYou have a positive outlook with a growth mindsetYou have great communication skills and a friendly mannerYou are resilient, agile and self-awareYou will be self-motivated to reach your goalsAbility to maintain confidentiality in all dealings.Ngakau nui.
