People Partner - New Zealand

Overview

Be among the first 25 applicants. As People Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders to understand business needs and translate them into people strategies and initiatives. You’ll be across day-to-day partnering activities, supporting projects and large-scale change initiatives. You’ll be responsible for developing insights and functional priorities within New Zealand, and working with our wider People & Corporate Affairs team on the development and execution of strategic initiatives. This role has breadth, partnering with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial and Field Sales teams, while supporting the broader business through transformation and change. You’ll be based across both our Commercial Head Office in Parnell and Supply Chain site in Papakura, with flexibility on how you work across the two.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and deliver people initiatives aligned to strategy
• Collaborate with various People & Corporate Affairs functions to develop and implement strategies that mitigate risks related to workplace relations, workforce changes, and organizational culture; act as a key connector between the NZ business and central functions
• Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior commercial leaders to operational teams on site
• Foster collaborative relationships with leaders and employees, including our union
