Overview
Be among the first 25 applicants. As People Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders to understand business needs and translate them into people strategies and initiatives. You’ll be across day-to-day partnering activities, supporting projects and large-scale change initiatives. You’ll be responsible for developing insights and functional priorities within New Zealand, and working with our wider People & Corporate Affairs team on the development and execution of strategic initiatives. This role has breadth, partnering with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial and Field Sales teams, while supporting the broader business through transformation and change. You’ll be based across both our Commercial Head Office in Parnell and Supply Chain site in Papakura, with flexibility on how you work across the two.
