As aChange Deployment Partner, you'll be at theheart ofProgramme ONE, leading the charge on our Stores transformation journey.

You'll work closely with store leaders andchange champions to activate change, build readiness, and reinforce new ways ofworking.You'll be part of a cross-functional deployment team,focusing on groups of stores at a time, so collaboration, communication, andadaptability are key.NB - National travel is expected.What You'll DoLead Change Delivery : Execute changeinterventions, support learning, and drive communication across stores.Champion Engagement : Build trust withstakeholders, overcome resistance, and advocate for the benefits of change.Facilitate Leadership : Run workshops,support change agent networks, and enable leaders to lead change confidently.Monitor & Improve : Track readiness,report progress, and continuously improve deployment strategies.What You BringProven experience in delivering organisationalchange across people, processes, and technology.Strong stakeholder management skills - you knowhow to build bridges and connect silos.A natural storyteller and facilitator who cancapture hearts and minds.Knowledge of change frameworks andmethodologies.A user-centric mindset - humans over checkboxes,always.This role offers the opportunity to work on Auckland's NorthShore in a positive, fast paced environment that is stimulating and enjoyableto work in.
